Step 1: Log In to Your Facebook Account
1. Open your web browser and go to facebook.com.
2. Log in with your email/phone number and password.
Step 2: Access Settings
1. Click on your profile picture or the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
2. Select Settings & privacy.
3. Choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Navigate to the “Your Facebook Information” Section

Step 4: Choose the Data to Export

Step 5: Customize the Download Options
1. Set the following parameters:
• Date Range: Choose a specific date range or select “All time” to download everything.
• Format: Choose HTML for easy viewing in a browser or JSON for importing into other services.
• Media Quality: Select High, Medium, or Low for photos and videos.
Step 6: Request a Download
1. Once you’ve made your selections, click Request a download.
2. Facebook will begin preparing your data, which might take a while depending on the amount of information.
Step 7: Download the Data
1. You’ll receive a notification or email when your data is ready to download.
2. Go back to the “Download Your Information” page.
3. Click the Available Copies tab.
4. Download the file by clicking Download. You’ll need to re-enter your Facebook password for security.
Step 8: Extract and View Your Data
1. The downloaded file will be in a .ZIP format. Extract it using a file extraction tool (e.g., WinRAR, 7-Zip).
2. Open the extracted folder and use the index.html file to navigate through your data in a web browser.
